  • Why is this a quarterly membership (instead of monthly)?
    TL;DR: It gives you enough time to familiarize yourself with the membership and start incorporating new info/habits. Plus, the quarterly cadence aligns with how many businesses plan/operate.

    For most people, getting serious about business communications and content programming is unfamiliar territory.

    By allowing yourself three months to acclimate, you have the chance to really go through the membership's materials and attend events, learn enough to move forward and start developing new skills, and begin to establish some new habits and routines. Without the pressure of having to do this in a single month.

    Additionally, many businesses plan on a quarterly basis or chunk out their activities by quarter. So a 3-month term is a natural and seamless fit.

    Plus, it give us a chance to get to know each other better so I can support you better.
  • What if I can't make it to the live events? (Or don't wanna be on live calls...?)
    TL;DR: NBD. You can watch replays of most things. There are ample other ways to leverage your membership that don't involve showing up live.

    No worries! Join live when you can. And when you can't, there will be recordings you can watch and work along to (for most calls/events).

    Some events will have opportunities for you to participate either live or asynchronously (eg, submit your question in advance and I can record a video reply for you to watch whenever). Other events will be fully asynchronous — like Voxer support days — meaning you can join in on your schedule and I'll respond on mine.

    (Also, there are plenty of other non-timebound resources for you to take advantage of — like the resources library and the community.)
  • How long does it take to see results?
    TL;DR: If you use your membership, you'll likely start seeing result within your first 3 months.

    It's impossible to put an exact number on this bc every business is unique — with different needs, different definitions of "results," different levels of engagement, etc. My goal is for you to feed on a steady diet of small wins, finding incremental-yet-impactful progress on *your* terms.

    I expect that you'll notice a broadening of your awareness of holistic business communications and content development very quickly. And this is a gateway to making big strides!

    As you gain awareness, you'll be discovering and building skills and systems that support *your* biz and content needs. Again, I expect that if you use your SSCC membership, you'll start seeing results in this area pretty soon.

    SSCC is intentionally a quarterly membership. This gives you some runway to explore and experiment. You'll have the time and space to get in and get what *you* need to mover your business forward in a way that's meaningful to you.
