Data suggests that vision boards promote positive feedback cycles and fuel motivation. They can be reminders to stay on track as well as to celebrate victories along the way.

Creating a Vision Board can be as simple as compiling a bunch of images — like as a collage. Buuut, if you add in some pre-work, chances are you'll get more out of the process of creating your Vision Board as well as the finished Vision Board itself.
